The externally hosted system “Speak Up” allows messages to be submitted anonymously. Each entry from the community is forwarded to the appropriate internal function and reviewed, if necessary, with additional expertise from other functions. The system immediately sends a confirmation of receipt to the sender. We handle each inquiry with due attention and aim to respond within three working days. The system documents every reported concern and helps us to follow up carefully and timely.
